Eating red meat and  drinking alcohol can increase your risk of developing fibroids, and consuming a lot of sugary foods or refined carbs could raise blood sugar and increase fibroid-related pain. Instead, eating anti-inflammatory foods, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables can contribute to hormonal balance. Some experts also recommend that taking supplements such as vitamin B-1, B-6, and Magnesium can help reduce cramps and bloating.

Herbal Remedies

Green tea is anti-inflammatory, some experts suggest that a bioflavonoid in it called EGCG  could reduce the size of fibroids in the body. Chasteberry, or vitex, is widely believed to help reduce cramps and and castor oil could act like a natural laxative for the body.
