Order acceptance and shipment
Your placement of an order does not necessarily ensure that We will accept your order. We may require additional information regarding your order if you have not provided all the information required by us to complete. Once a properly completed order and authorization of your form of payment is received, we will process your order for shipment. If, for some reason, we determine that we cannot ship your order within fifteen (15) days following Our receipt of a properly completed order, we will cancel your order and advise you of such action. We do not accept orders from dealers, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell items we offer.
When ordering, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information submitted to us is accurate. You may not be able to submit corrections after you place an order, and, if accepted, any corrections submitted after you place an order may significantly delay shipping of your order.
We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any product, to extend the delivery timeline for any reason after the order has been placed and accepted, and/or refuse to ship product to you for any reason.
Billing and Payments
We accept the following bank or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal.
You may be charged local tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, we may contact you directly to update your account information.
We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply.
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. If you would like to receive a refund for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com. Refunds will be issued by us in our sole discretion.
Return & Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the ship date.
You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization before you send anything back. If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you.
If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged, you will incur no additional shipping charges. Please email email@example.com with a photo of the items in question. We will send you a shipping label to return the item and send out your new item once we have received the return.
